Sales Team

	Bruno Zumbo - President Bruno founded NorthStar Sales in 1986. In addition to his administrative duties, Bruno handles several major accounts in the Philadelphia Metro area.
	Clarke Bittner - Vice President Clarke graduated from Drexel University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management. He has been in the paper industry since 1983, starting with St. Regis Paper Company and then with Portion Packaging. He has been a manufacturers representative since May of 1986 and is married with two sons. Clarke covers NorthEastern & Central Pennsylvania.
	Chuck Lax - Business Development & Communications Manager Chuck joined NorthStar Sales in 1992 as a sales representative and currently is responsible for business development and interaction with the various manufacturers NorthStar Sales represents. Chuck has been in the industry since 1982, beginning in distribution as a sales representative and later as a purchasing agent. He attended the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.
	Richard Deleo - Director of Sales Richard graduated from Rutgers University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Richard has over 36 years experience in the paper and Jan-San industry. He began his career in 1975 as Director of Purchasing with Monmouth Paper Company, which was acquired by Bunzl USA, Inc. in 1985. Thereafter, Richard had 20, of his 26 years with Bunzl, as branch sales manager and subsequently as Bunzl Northeast Region Director of Sales. Richard is married with a son and daughter and enjoys Jazz music and skiing.
	Tom Kolterman - Sales Representative After attending Penn State University and working in western Pennsylvania, Tom joined Kolterman Associates in 1980, representing manufacturers in the janitorial supply market. Tom then joined NorthStar Sales in 1997. An avid golfer, Tom is married with one son. Tom covers Northern Pennsylvania, Central & Northern New Jersey and Delaware
	Bob Hill - Sales Representative Bob joined NorthStar in January of 2007 and has 29 years of experience in the sanitary maintenance industry. He spent 10 years in operations/purchasing/product development for two large distributors before joining The Russ Leahy Company as a manufacturer’s representative specializing in janitorial supplies and equipment. Bob has a business degree from Trenton State College and is ServSafe Food Safety Certified. Bob lives in Northeastern PA with his wife and daughters where he is an active member with his local ambulance corps and Advanced Life Support corps as a certified Emergency Medical Technician. Bob covers Eastern & Central PA and key accounts in New Jersey
	Jerry Serlen - Sales Representative Jerry has almost 40 years of experience in the disposables business including both distribution and manufacturing prior to joining NorthStar Sales in 2000. Jerry covers Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.
	Jerry Melnyk - Sales Representative Jerry joined the NorthStar Sales team in 1993. Following college, Jerry was employed by Marcal Paper Mills for eighteen years as a regional sales manager covering the southern states. He prides himself on maintaining his long-term relationships and trust in the industry. Married in 1980, Jerry resides with his wife & son in Owings Mills, MD. Jerry covers Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia.
	Tom Cleary - Sales Representative Tom joined NorthStar in January of 2007. Tom handles the metro New York & Long Island markets.
	Brad Winchell - Sales Representative Brad joined the NorthStar Team in March of 2010. Mr. Winchell has over 22 successful years in janitorial and food service sales. Mr. Winchell was hired by Mobil Chemical in 1989, where he was named Rookie of the Year and worked there 10 years following. He also worked at Atlantis Plastics and Unisource. He is an alumnus of East Carolina University in NC, where he went on a soccer scholarship, and holds a BS in Business. Brad resides in Richmond, VA with his wife Beth. Brad covers Virginia . . .
